1. The combined structure of drum dryer and batcher is mounted onto the movable support, which facilitates their movement.
2. The asphalt mixing plant comes with twin horizontal shafts that are able to bring the aggregates to a fierce boil, which ensures a thorough mixing.
3. Hot aggregate is vertically lifted up in the densely arranged hanging buckets. This kind of lifting tool is easy, reliable to use.
4. For accurate weighing of aggregates, bitumen, and pulverized mineral, the measurement scale is used, which contains a weight sensor for electronic metering.
5. The movement of power material follows an enclosed, spiral path which guarantees minimum material loss as well as provides safety transfer.
6. At the cyclone burner, high pressures oil is sprayed out and atomizes quickly. Within the combustion chamber, the material is fed in a spiral manner and ignited automatically by the oil spray, which ensures combustion efficiency. The cylindrical barrel of the burner is separated from the burner head. The barrel cavity can be pushed in and pulled out, which facilitates the change of damaged jamb brick inside the burner head. The whole burner features large heat capacity and great hot strength. It is also cost effective.
Automatic Batcher The automatic batcher comes with three feed hoppers. Materials contained in the three hoppers can be weighed together by using one scale. A material loader is used to supply aggregates to the hopper. Via the programmable logic control system, the feed level is inspected and automatically compensated to ensure an accurate feed with minimum error rate. The conveyor is fitted with scraper and tracking adjustment roller.

Drum Dryer 1. The cylinder of the asphalt mixing plant is constructed of Q345 high-strength alloy steel, which is able to withstand washing and high temperatures without deformation. It is designed with optimized structure. Its manufacturing process is nationally distinct. 2. Unique vane arrangements enable the material to move about violently in the direction parallel to the axis, which in turn ensures an even heating over the feedstock and improved quality of the end product. 3. The cylinder is fitted with the thrust-bearing, which prevents the axial movement of the cylinder while the drum rotates, avoids wear or damage of the supporting roller and seal rings at either end of the cylinder. 4. At the joints between two moving parts, there are labyrinth seals to ensure a dust-tight, secure seal.
Asphalt Mixer Dual horizontal axis setups of the forced mixer overcome the problem faced by single axis arrangement. That is to say, the former can eliminate dead areas where materials accumulate out of the reach of mixing paddles. Its finished product has consistent good quality. During mixing, the two horizontal axes will bring the material to a fierce boil so as to ensure it gets thoroughly and rapidly mixed. The liner, mixing arm, and mixing paddle are cast from wear-proof, high strength alloy steel, featuring a long serving life.
The burner is of international famous brand. Its advanced manufacturing technique allows it to operate at a high temperature, which in turn ensures combustion efficiency, low fuel consumption, and minimum operation cost. Multiple fuels are applicable to the burner, including the heavy oil, diesel oil, natural gas, liquefied gas, and coal.
Finished Product Silo
The finished product silo of our asphalt mixing plant is lifted up by a winch via the steel wire cable. The winch is also fitted with a brake gear.
The large-diameter cylinder will open to dump the material. The load capacity of the silo can be 2.5 ton, 5 ton, or 9 ton. The lifting bucket adopts the traverse limit switch and PLC time control, which enables a stable, reliable operation.
The elegantly-designed, spacious control room creates for end users a comfortable operating environment with reduced noise and dust. With a detachable structure, the room is equipped with a split-unit air conditioner, aluminum alloy slide window, and wooden floor. It is a monitoring center where the facility can be easily and automatically controlled.

Fast Heating Type Asphalt Storage Tank
The asphalt storage tank of our asphalt mixing plant generally falls into one of the two types, either coal heating or oil-heating, and is defined by the heating mode. It is designed for the road construction and maintenance unit and has multiple functions such as storage, pre-heating, dehydration, heating, temperature indication, and high temperature alarming. The whole equipment set can be moved, lifted, and repaired. It is convenient to transport and can be installed without the need to construct foundation. Laying the tank on a flattened job site, you can then ignite the equipment for processing. The whole system is able to start up automatically and runs without the aid of manual operation. The pump and pipe are independently pre-heated. Simply adding water and coal as well as cleaning the slag is all that is required to pump out high-temperature asphalt.
The storage capacity of the YK-20, YK-30, and YK-50 is 20m³, 30m³, and 50m³ correspondingly. The production speed for one equipment set is 4 to 5 tons of finished asphalt per hour.
