To meet the needs of the road construction project, our company developed the advanced asphalt mixing plant from LB-1000 to LB-5000, through cooperating with the domestic R&D centers and the United Kingdom ACP Titan Co. The whole set of equipment includes the mixing tower, drying system, aggregate lifting system, mineral powder lifting system, vibrating screen system, bitumen heating and supplying system, bag dedusting system and ready mixed asphalt storing system. The equipment adopts microcomputer auto-control system. The tower body is made by steel plates of superior quality, bringing in imported burner, Toledo sensor, Siemens electrical elements, and Advantech IPC. The equipment is safe and reliable, with reasonable structure and high automaticity.


1. Modular Type Batching Station

1).With modularized design, the aggregate bin and belt conveyor can be assembled accordingly;

2).The belt conveyor is controlled by infinitely variable frequency speed regulation. Its speed could be auto-regulated according to producing capacity and proportioning.

3).There are separation net and alarm device in each bin, in case of starving or blocking;

4).The material collecting belt and feeding belt are made of high-tenacity rubber.


2. Drying Drum

1).The drum body is made by heat-resisting and wear-resisting steel plate, improving the service life;

2).Driven by friction of 4 sets of shaft mounted type speed reducers. The surface of the wheels are reinforced specially;

3).Using rock wool to keep warm for drum body, in case of the loss of heat;

4).Test the heating temperature of the aggregates from discharging port by infrared thermodetector.


3. High-efficiency Dedusting System

1).The filter-bags are supported by steel frame in the upper deduster. The efficient and durable bags of famous brand are imported from abroad;

 2). Making use of the atmospheric anti-blowing system to blow the bags in reversed direction, so as to break the powder off;

3).The lower part of the deduster used to collect fine powder. The powder will be deliveried outside or sent to powder elevator by screw conveyor.


4. Vibrating Screen System

The vibrating screen system has four to six layers of screen. Outside seal to prevent dust.


5. Bitumen Heating and Supplying System;

1).Heated by conduction oil, rapidly and evenly;

2).Bitumen tanks and pipes are insulated by rock wool to keep warm, prevent the loss of heat efficiently.


6. Mixing System

1).Adopting twin shaft compulsory mixer for mixing, stably and efficiently;

2).The meticulously designed mixing blades can mix the mixture rapidly and evenly, with working life no less than 100,000 times of mixing.



7. End Products Storage System

1).The modular designed over-all structure is compact, safe and reliable;

2).A special structure in the storage bin could prevent the dissociation of the end products. The bin wears rock wool to keep warm and covered with corrugated sheet;

3).Trolley dragged by winch could run stably and locate accurately.
